About the role:

Justteachers is currently seeking a friendly, dedicated, and proactive Learning Support Assistant/TA to join a large and welcoming secondary school in the Lincoln area. The role is due to commence ASAP and is expected to run until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to SEN students in KS3
  • Assist the main class teacher across a range of subjects
  • Work closely with the Assistant SENCO and SENCO to design and deliver tailored learning activities in line with the students' EHCP
  • Deliver Speech and Language intervention

Pre-requisites:

  • An experienced TA/LSA who can provide 2 educational or care related references
  • A passionate and committed individual
  • Secondary (KS3-KS4) experience preferred but not essential
  • School would love to hear of candidates with Elklan, Team Teach and/or Read, Write Inc trained
  • GCSE Qualifications in Maths and English essential
