A welcoming SEND school in Lincoln is seeking an Inclusion Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional learning needs.

This role is available on both a full-time and part-time basis with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEND in accessing classroom activities and differentiated learning tasks.
- Work alongside teachers to adapt resources and learning materials to meet individual needs.
- Encourage pupil participation, independence, and confidence throughout the school day.
- Promote positive behaviour and provide consistent support to help pupils remain engaged in learning.
Pre-requisites
- Experience supporting children or young people in educational, care, youth work, or community settings.
- Understanding of SEND and inclusive learning practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Relevant qualification such as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant certificate or equivalent experience.
