Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a variety of subjects at secondary level
- Maintain a calm, positive, and well‑managed classroom environment
- Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
- Follow school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
- Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding pupil progress and behaviour
- Build positive and professional relationships with students and staff
Pre-requisites
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
- Confidence teaching across multiple subject areas
- Strong classroom management skills and adaptability
- Two education or school‑based references
