Pre-requisites
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with SEMH, SEND, or behaviour support
- A resilient, compassionate approach and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to trauma-informed practice
- Ability to adapt quickly, think creatively, and maintain a positive, calm presence
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
