The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the existing class teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and ensure consistency across the week.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Year 2 curriculum in partnership with the job share teacher.
- Support pupils’ development in phonics, early literacy, and numeracy.
- Track and assess pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively to maintain continuity, consistency, and effective classroom routines.
- Pre‑requisites
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within KS1, ideally Year 2.
- Strong understanding of phonics and end of KS1 expectations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to support job share collaboration.
