Key Responsibilities

- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in young learners.
- Support daily routines, transitions, and pupils’ emotional wellbeing.
- Pre‑requisites
- Experience working with early years or Nursery‑aged children.
- A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of early years development and the EYFS framework.
