Just Teachers Ltd in Stratford-upon-Avon is recruiting a dedicated SEN Support Staff member to provide 1:1 support to a KS3 learner with challenging behaviour in a specialist SEN school. The role starts after May half term 2026 and offers a rewarding chance to help vulnerable learners access education in a safe, structured environment.

You will work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs and external professionals, building positive relationships, implementing behaviour strategies and supporting.
