Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well‑structured, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess pupil progress, provide constructive feedback and use data to inform planning.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold high expectations for learning and conduct.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events, clubs or curriculum development.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and prioritise the wellbeing of every child.
Pre‑requisites
- Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
- Proven experience in Primary Education
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school‑based references
