About the role:
Justteachers are seeking a KS1 Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in the South Warwickshire area to join the team from September. The school prides itself on strong community values, supportive leadership, and a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
You will play a key role in delivering an engaging curriculum to a mixed-ability KS1 class, helping pupils build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and enrichment activities
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (placements accepted for ECTs)
- Strong understanding of early learning and phonics
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A nurturing and patient approach to teaching young children
