About the role:
Justteachers are working with a welcoming specialist provision near King’s Lynn who are seeking a skilled Primary SEND Teacher to join their team on a long‑term supply basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who thrives in a nurturing environment and enjoys supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs
- Use a range of strategies to support communication, emotional regulation and engagement
- Work collaboratively with TAs and other professionals to ensure consistent support
- Track progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Pre‑requisites:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Two education or school based references
- Experience working with SEND pupils (in mainstream or specialist settings)
- Confident adapting lessons to meet a wide range of needs
- Strong communication skills and a calm, supportive approach
- Able to build positive relationships and create a safe, structured learning environment
