About the role: An Alternative Provision in Kings Lynn are seeking an experienced Teacher to join their team starting in September 2026 on a full-time long term supply basis. This long-term supply opportunity will involve teaching students with SEMH and Autism. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with additional needs
- Support students with SEMH and Autism to access learning and achieve progress

- Monitor student progress and implement behaviour support strategies effectively
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience working with students with SEMH and Autism in a similar setting
- Strong knowledge of behaviour management and differentiated learning strategies
- Two education or school-based references
- A resilient, nurturing and adaptable approach to teaching
