About the role: Justteachers is recruiting a proactive Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school in Kettering. This full-time position starts May 2026 and runs until March 2027. The successful candidate will support pupils who require additional behavioural guidance, helping them remain engaged in education and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted behavioural support for pupils
- Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies
- Build positive mentoring relationships with pupils
- Encourage engagement in lessons and school routines
- Work closely with pastoral and teaching teams
Pre-requisites:
- Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring role
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
- Two references within the last two years from a related field
