justteachers is working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school near Warwick to recruit an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher. This is a full-time, long-term position with a September start.
The successful candidate will join a welcoming school community dedicated to providing a positive and engaging learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. The role will involve planning and delivering creative and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 2 while supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS1
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively
- Support pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community
- Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
- Proven experience in Primary Education
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
