About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Kenilworth to recruit a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support structured and play-based learning
- Deliver phonics sessions
- Observe pupil development
- Support classroom organisation
Pre-requisites:
- Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
- Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
