About the role
Justteachers are currently recruiting for a Humanities Teacher, who is looking for a long term role in the Sleaford area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence in September 2026, with shortlisting currently underway. With a strong academic focus, this school fosters intellectual curiosity and critical thinking. Key Skills and Attributes
- Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons (e.g. History and/or Geography) at KS3 and KS4
- Teach curriculum content in line with examination board specifications and the National Curriculum
- Develop pupils’ critical thinking, enquiry skills and subject knowledge
- Differentiated teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL learners
- Prepare pupils effectively for GCSE examinations and assessments
- Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, providing timely feedback

Pre-requisites
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
