Teacher of Mathematics to join the team on a full‑time basis from September 2026 . You’ll be teaching

KS3 and KS4 learners, delivering high‑quality maths lessons that build confidence, curiosity, and strong exam outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced school environment and can bring both structure and enthusiasm to the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Use strong behaviour‑management strategies to maintain a focused, positive learning environment.
• Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, providing timely intervention and support.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development.
• Create a classroom culture that promotes resilience, problem‑solving, and a love of mathematics.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, pastoral teams, and parents to support pupil success.

Pre‑requisites

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge across the KS3 and KS4 maths curriculum.
• Proven ability to manage behaviour confidently and consistently.
• Experience in a secondary school setting, with a track record of securing progress.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and high expectations for all learners.
