About the role:
Justteachers is currently recruiting Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to work across a variety of primary schools in Peterborough. Whether you’re an experienced educator or an ECT, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different settings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We have positions available immediately and pre-planned absences from April 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Following pre-set lesson plans and adapting where necessary
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Marking and assessing work when required
- Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Strong classroom management and adaptability
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for teaching
- Enhanced DBS (on the update service or willing to apply)
