About the role
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to work across various primary schools in Doncaster, starting in September 2026. This is a flexible, ad hoc supply role where you can choose exactly how many days you want to work each week. You’ll be working within a supportive academy trust, enjoying minimal planning and marking, and a competitive daily rate of up to £170 per day. This role is perfect for teachers who value flexibility, variety, and a positive working environment. Applications are needed urgently due to high demand.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across all primary year groups as needed.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and class needs.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Follow school policies and ensure smooth continuity of learning.
Pre-requisites
- Relevant teaching qualifications (QTS or QTLS required).
- Proven experience of teaching across primary year groups.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- Two education or school-based references.
- A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
