Justteachers is seeking a dedicated SEN Science Teacher for a specialist secondary school in Daventry. This exciting opportunity starts in January 2027 and continues until July 2027. The role will involve teaching engaging Science lessons to pupils with a range of additional needs in a highly supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative and accessible Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Differentiating lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress
- Working closely with SEN support staff and parents/carers
Pre-requisites
- QTS or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working within SEN or alternative provision
- Passion for inclusive education
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
- Two references from within the last two years
