About the role
Justteachers Midlands are seeking for an enthusiastic full-time Humanities Teacher to work with one of our partnered secondary schools in the Coventry area, starting in September 2026. This role will be on a long-term basis with the opportunity to become permanent. The school is well regarded in delivering results and maintaining a culturally inclusive and diverse environment. Key Responsibilities
- To teach Humanities across KS3–KS4, taking on full classroom responsibilities
- Adhering to school policies by managing classroom behaviour
- Working with a mixture of students of all different abilities, including SEN
Pre-requisites
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Humanities to GCSE grade level
- Effective classroom management
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Two references from education or school settings, where applicable
