Justteachers Supply Agency are seeking a full-time Cover Supervisor to work with one of our partner secondary schools in the Coventry area, starting March 2026. This role will be on a long-term basis, expecting to last until the end of the academic year.
We are working with an excellent catholic school within the heart of the Coventry area, with a Good Ofsted report across all areas of the school. They hold high values and have achieved outstanding GCSE and A-level results in recent years.
Key Requirements:- Degree qualification required
- Proven experience working with children in a UK setting across KS3/KS4
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Two education or school-based references where applicable
