justteachers is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to join a welcoming primary school in Chorley starting in September. This is a key role in ensuring the school is a safe, secure, and well‑maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

- Role: Site Supervisor
- Location: Primary school in Chorley
- Start Date: September
- Hours: 5 hours per day, 5 days per week (term-time)
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the school site is safe, secure, and well maintained at all times
- Carry out basic maintenance and repairs as required
- Manage opening and closing of the school premises
- Oversee health & safety checks and compliance procedures
- Liaise with contractors and external providers when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of outdoor and indoor areas
Pre‑requisites
- Previous experience in a site supervisor, caretaker, or maintenance role (school experience desirable)
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Practical skills for basic maintenance and repairs
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
