justteachers is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEND Teaching Assistant to work across a mainstream secondary school and its SEND provision, starting September on a full-time, long-term basis with the potential to become permanent.

Role:
- Support pupils with SEND in both mainstream classes and a specialist provision
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with tailored learning and interventions
- Support behavioural, social, and emotional development
- Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and support staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEND pupils (e.g. ASD, SEMH, etc.)
- Patient, calm, and resilient nature
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain)
