Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
- Maintain a calm, positive, and productive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Support students in staying engaged and on task
Pre-requisites
- Experience working with secondary-aged students (school-based or youth work)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
