Role:
- Support pupils with special educational needs in a specialist provision
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with tailored learning activities and interventions
- Support behavioural, social, and emotional development
- Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and support staff
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEND pupils (e.g. ASD, SEMH, or similar)
- Caring, patient, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain)
