Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school community in West Yorkshire (Bradford). Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the primary curriculum
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
- Differentiate teaching methods to support a wide range of learning needs
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Implement effective behaviour-management strategies
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school initiatives
- Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities where appropriate
Pre-requisites
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom-management skills
- A positive, engaging, and child-centred approach to teaching
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
