A welcoming and supportive secondary school in Bradford is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics to join their team from September 2026. This full‑time role is for the full academic year to cover a maternity leave and offers an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well‑resourced Maths department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high‑quality Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with KS5 desirable but not essential).
  • Plan engaging and well‑structured lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Support pupils of mixed abilities, ensuring progress and positive learning outcomes.
  • Work closely with the wider Maths department to ensure consistency and continuity of learning.
  • Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, providing clear feedback to support improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and classroom management.
  • Contribute positively to the ethos and wider life of the school.

Pre‑requisites:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (or equivalent).
  • Have experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school setting.
