About the role
Justteachers are working with a Bradford based secondary school to appoint a Business Support Officer.
This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday working 7.30am – 3.30pm.
The school are flexible on the start date and looking for a temp to perm option.
The Business Support Office will contribute to the development of a strong, effective school with an emphasis on promoting a culture of educational excellence, within a caring and secure environment enriched with the values of discipline, mutual care and respect which extends beyond the academy into the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the resource and business functions of the school and its estate.
- Provide administrative support including general day to day tasks and reception cover.
- Be responsible for the exemplary maintenance of student records.
- Provide a receptionist service for the school.
- Support links with the community, families and local environment.
Pre-requisites
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.
- Experience working in an administrative setting.
- IT literate with ability to use MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using own initiative.
