Justteachers are working in collaboration with a secondary school in Bradford seeking a dedicated and resilient behaviour specialist Teaching Assistant to join their onsite provision from September 2026. This full-time role focuses on supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who have a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with a particular emphasis on behavioural support. Key Responsibilities
- Support students with behavioural needs in a structured and nurturing environment
- Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SENCO to implement effective support

- Monitor and record student behaviour and progress

Key Skills & Qualifications
