About the role: justteachers is seeking a passionate and dynamic PE Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Bradford. This is a full-time temporary position starting immediately after the Easter break and continuing through to July. You will be delivering engaging PE lessons across KS3 and KS4, promoting participation, teamwork, and a positive sporting culture within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Promote a positive sporting culture and encourage active participation.
- Lead and support extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and events.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, safety, and safeguarding at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the PE department and wider school staff.
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching PE at KS3 and KS4 in a UK school setting.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Two school references.
