justteachers is seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Bradford. This is an immediate start position running until the end of the summer term, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality Art lessons that engage and challenge students
- Teach across KS3 and KS4, following the school’s curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support students in developing practical skills, creativity, and confidence
- Mark work, provide constructive feedback, and track pupil progress
- Contribute to the wider Art department, including displays and extracurricular activities
- Maintain excellent behaviour management in line with school policies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Pre-requisites
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Art in a UK secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the creative arts
- Ability to plan engaging lessons and differentiate for a range of abilities
- A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Two School based references
