Just Teachers Ltd. is helping a Barnsley secondary school recruit a Head of KS4 – Pastoral on a full-time, temporary basis from September 2026 to April 2027. The role centers on safeguarding, wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance for Key Stage 4 students.
You will work with Heads of Year, safeguarding leads, teachers, and external agencies to ensure every student aged 13–16 feels safe, supported and able to reach their potential. A collaborative, resilient approach is essential.
