We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Barnsley. This is a full-time, long-term supply position starting as soon as possible, with excellent training and development provided by both the school and justteachers. Key responsibilities

Pre-requisites

  • A degree or relevant experience working with children or young people (for example, in a youth work, sports coaching, or social care setting).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to working in a school environment.
  • Two recent education or child-based references.
  • Knowledge or experience of the UK education system is desirable but full training will be provided.
