Justteachers is seeking an ambitious and talented Maths Teacher to join a premier secondary school in the Banbury area. Responsibilities
- Developing lesson plans and curriculum materials for various levels, across KS3 & KS4
- Delivering clear, interactive math lessons that encourage participation and conceptual understanding
- Setting, marking, and recording homework, tests, and exams to monitor progress and assign targets
- Maintaining a disciplined, respectful, and safe classroom environment in accordance with school policy
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Maths to GCSE level
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
