About the role: Justteachers Supply Agency are seeking an experienced part-time Drama Teacher to work with one of our partner secondary schools in the Banbury area. This long-term role is due to start from September 2026, expecting to last until December 2026. Our partner secondary school is a ‘Good’ Ofsted Catholic school with an excellent SLT and career opportunities for all staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach both KS3 & KS4, including full classroom responsibilities
- Manage classroom behaviour, following the schools policy
- Work with a mixture of abilities, including students with SEN
Pre-requisites:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Drama to GCSE level
- Strong classroom management and behaviour support strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Two references we are able to apply for, desirably from an educational setting
