Just Teachers Ltd is partnering with a supportive primary school to recruit a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in the SRB on a 1:1 basis. The role starts in September and is full-time and long-term, with the aim of helping the pupil access learning, regulate emotions, and build positive relationships in a structured classroom.
You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and support staff to implement strategies, adapt activities, and promote a calm, inclusive environment.
