Overview
Permanent Full Time Carpenter / Joiner to join our Grimsby R&M team, based from Albion Works, Long Leys Road, Lincoln, LN1 1DU.
Responsibilities
- Carry out responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties, undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to deliver high quality service.
- Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You
- City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or equivalent; excellent knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Customer focused with experience of working in both occupied and void properties.
- Hold or be working towards a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card; able to complete high-quality repairs on time, first time.
- Punctual, reliable and comfortable operating small handheld plant such as drills and breakers.
- Eligible for the role with a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months (company vehicle provided for work use).
