Permanent Full Time 40 Hours. We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our repairs and maintenance team to work across properties within Cambridge and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out repairs to void properties.
- Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work within a social housing setting.
- Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training).
- Work efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You
- Candidates will hold a minimum of Level 2 NVQ in two trades and a Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent with experience in Flooring.
- You will hold a blue CSCS Skilled Workers card or higher and have excellent working knowledge of health and safety.
- Customer focused with experience of working in both void and occupied properties.
- You’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
- You must hold a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
