Permanent Full Time position for a Carpenter / Joiner based from our Lincoln Office, covering the PE21, 22, 20, 11, 12 area.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned repairs to void properties and undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to deliver high-quality service.
- Receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve an excellent customer experience.
About You
- City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or equivalent; strong knowledge of Health & Safety.
- Experience of working in void properties; customer focused; hold or be working towards a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.
- Passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time; punctual, reliable; comfortable operating small handheld plant such as drills and breakers.
- Willing to be supported to obtain relevant qualification if needed.
- Must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use).
