Just Shutters is expanding, and we are launching a new employed role that mirrors the responsibilities of a franchisee — with the unique opportunity to transition into owning the Bath franchise after 12–18 months.
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused individual with strong sales ability and solid practical skills to deliver the full Just Shutters service from enquiry to installation.
About the Role
As a Franchise Development Representative, you will manage all aspects of the customer journey, including:
- Sales & Customer Experience (Key Priority)
- Visiting customers in their homes to present the Just Shutters brand and product range
- Building rapport, identifying customer needs, and confidently closing sales
- Preparing quotations and actively following up to convert opportunities
- Representing the company with professionalism and trustworthiness
- Technical & Installation
- Taking accurate window measurements
- Installing shutters safely and to a high standard (full training provided)
- Using hand tools confidently and working safely on ladders in customer homes
- Operations & Administration
- Entering orders into the company system
- Managing your appointment schedule and sales pipeline
- Carrying out light local marketing activity (with central PPC & social media support)
- Operating a branded Just Shutters van (provided)
