We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused individual with strong sales ability and solid practical skills to deliver the full Just Shutters service from enquiry to installation.
As a Franchise Development Representative, you will manage all aspects of the customer journey, including:
- Sales & Customer Experience (Key Priority)
- Visiting customers in their homes to present the Just Shutters brand and product range.
- Building rapport, identifying customer needs, and confidently closing sales.
- Installing shutters safely and to a high standard (full training provided).
- Managing your appointment schedule and sales pipeline.
- Carrying out light local marketing activity (with central PPC & social media support).
- Operating a branded Just Shutters van (provided).
Sales & Customer Skills – Essential
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and close sales.
- Ability to install products safely (full training given).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Comfortable working in customers’ homes and providing excellent service.
