Our client, a Prestige Main Dealer in the Gloucester area are currently looking to hire an experienced Workshop Manager to join their busy automotive aftersales Management team. Our client wants to hear from any Workshop Controllers with experience managing and running a large, professional dealership workshops! This is a exciting opportunity to work with a fantastic brand in a state of the art dealership with no expense spared and a great working environment. Our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager working in their aftersales and workshop team to assist them going the extra mile in ensuring the workshop is running efficiently and smoothly as possible, driving profitability and workshop utilisation. You will need to have a stable work history and be able to demonstrate a high level of People Management skills as well as good mechanical knowledge to assist them with trouble shooting and understanding customer concerns.
