Just Recruitment Solutions are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor for our prestige client in Peterborough! As a Service Advisor you will be friendly and professional and will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. Your duties will include: To ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction Ensuring that all jobs passed for warranty/goodwill submissions are accurately invoiced and costed Managing the allocation and handover of courtesy cars liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicle. Conduct telephone activity to maximise workshop activity with MOT and service reminder calls etc. Be transparent and conduct efficient handovers fully explaining repairs and invoices for customers. Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed, throughout the service process including follow up. Ensure the customer database is updated and accurate based on service activity To match and exceed monthly sales targets £28-33k basic salary, dependent on experience!
