MET Technician / Panel Beater – Up to £60,000
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–4:00pm
Join a leading accident repair centre with state-of-the-art facilities and manufacturer approvals across more than 20 vehicle brands.
We are looking for an experienced MET Technician / Panel Beater to join a professional and established team working on new and nearly-new vehicles.
The Role
- Strip and refit body panels, trims and interior components
- Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
- Undertake panel repair and replacement work to a high standard
- Identify damage and assess the work required
- Diagnose faults and ensure vehicles are repaired safely and efficiently
- Work to repair deadlines while maintaining excellent quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as an MET Technician and/or Panel Beater
- Strong background in accident repair / bodyshop environments
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanical & Body Systems preferred
- ATA MET or Body Repair certification preferred but not essential
- Own tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
