You will be responsible for processing customer orders for windows, doors, and associated products from quotation through to production.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all orders are technically correct, complete, and entered into company systems efficiently, while maintaining excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Duties include

Accurately process customer orders using company software systems.

Review orders for accuracy, technical feasibility, pricing, and completeness before production.

Produce manufacturing documentation and supporting paperwork.

Liaise with the sales team regarding order queries and amendments.

Communicate with production to ensure orders are released accurately and on schedule.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries via telephone and email.

Process order amendments, cancellations, and revisions.

Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems.

Ensure all customer information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies.

Essential Skills required

Previous experience in order processing or sales administration.

Experience within the window, door, glazing, or construction industry.

Good understanding of window and door products.

Strong IT skills.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
