Just Recruitment is partnering with a growing organisation in Halstead that is actively seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team.
Duties include:
Supervise employees and direct work as they undertake activities related to order fulfillment and order management
Ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely and effective manor, and that our client’s compliance is adhered to
Ensure employees adhere to Health & Safety regulations and relevant laws
Monitor warehouse housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe work area is maintained
Packing customer orders
Supervision of container loading and unloading
The ideal candidate will have:
Have previous warehouse experience or proven experience with a leadership position in a similar role
Have excellent communication skills
Have proven leadership and employee management skills
Have knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
