The Just Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator / Customer Services Administrator for their client based in Dunmow, Essex. The position will be based in the Transport Operations department and would suit someone with strong customer service skills who has gained experience working in a busy Transport office. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm - 1 hour lunch.
Role will involve:
- Being the first point of contact for incoming calls
- Updating job specific information onto a computerised system
- Chasing the client for any outstanding information required
- Communicating with the client as soon as the sales team passes through the job booking
- Updating the client on progress of their respective booking
- Updating the client with respect to late advices or changes to the client job
- Liaising with the client by telephone and email with respect to any additional charges / cancellation
- Working closely with the operations team as required
- Filing client and associated paperwork
- Client specific administration as required
- Operational administration / PCN's / on time / operational dashboard and associated work
