The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Project Manager, ideally based South of West Midlands or M6. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of customer installation projects (industrial equipment / mechanical / electrical installations) from initial site survey through to final sign-off, customer handover and project close-out. Acting as the single point of ownership throughout the project lifecycle, the role ensures installations are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The Project Manager will coordinate with customers, internal departments, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects progress efficiently while maintaining excellent customer communication. This is a hands-on role combining technical surveying, planning, project management and customer relationship management.

Skills & Experience required

  • Proven experience managing installation or construction projects.
  • Experience within industrial equipment or mechanical/electrical installations.
  • Strong project planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Competent Microsoft Office user.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
  • Prince2, APM or equivalent Project Management qualification.
  • CAD experience.
