Just Recruitment is working with a growing, global organisation, based on the outskirts of Sudbury. They are looking to add a Quality Administrator to their quality team. The key purpose of this role is to play a crucial role in supporting the QA and Production teams, to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and delight our customers. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key duties:

  • Completing the customer's own format specifications, along with developing a tracking system to manage these processes.
  • Completing customer questionnaires and information requests.
  • Communicate with suppliers and other departments to ensure the customer has the key information they need in a timely manner.
  • Management of supplier and raw materials data.
  • Logging and managing non-conformances and customer complaints.
  • Managing the customer contacts database and effectively communicating the product certificates to the customer.
  • Flexibility to carry out additional duties as deemed necessary by the business.

Key candidate requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of retailer technical systems.
  • Proficient in BRC, HACCP and legislative food safety requirements.
  • Internal auditing experience.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word etc).
  • A high standard of written and verbal communication towards internal/external customers.

This role is fully site based, working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Due to company location, you must have access to your own transport.
