The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for an office administrator for their client based on the outskirts of Great Dunmow. Please note that due to the rural location of the site, you would need to have access to your own transport.
Role will require working in a team of 3 with day to day duties including:
- Raise purchase orders
- Invoicing customers and chasing any outstanding invoices
- Place orders
- Answer phones
- E-mail management
- Prepare test results and creating reports
- Maintain database
- Maintaining quality manual
- Design and compile marketing material
- Organise maintenance of site
- Ordering office supplies and inventory management
- Document and data management
- Scheduling meetings
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm - 1/2 hour lunch break. 20 days annual leave.
